We seek an outgoing and passionate individual to partner with the Southeast Worship Team. The Worship Music Producer will collaborate with the Central team to manage and lead recording projects and maintain relationships with partners within the Christian music industry. They are someone that is dedicated to investing in and shepherding others to lead and share that same Vision/Mission.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Assist the Southeast Worship Director in developing a culture of songwriting and creativity within the Southeast Worship staff
  • Assist the Southeast Worship Director in project management of recordings as needed
  • Build partnerships and schedule writing camps with publishers and other writers, on behalf of Southeast Worship (3-4 annually)
  • Produce 1 live Worship album annually (10 – 12 songs)
  • Produce at least 3 studio singles annually
  • Invest in Southeast Worship culture
  • Maintain Southeast Worship vision and values throughout each project
  • Active presence in Blankenbaker Campus weekend services as a live MD (every 4-6 weeks)
  • Cultivate external relationships within the Christian music business, on behalf of Southeast Worship, when applicable

  • Proven volunteer recruitment and training skills

  • Planning Center online

 

 

Required Education, Ministry Experience, and SECC Membership:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry from a Bible college is preferred but not required
  • Experience in worship (minimum of 3 years)
  • Demonstrated alignment with the SCC Statement of Faith, Mission, Vision, Strategies
  • Engaged member of Southeast
