What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Oversight of Ministry from Birth – 5^th Grade culminating in an integrated family ministry, including Early Childhood staff
• Plan and program weekend services including tweaking curriculum, scheduling volunteers, ordering supplies and maintaining set-up/tear-down as necessary
• Recruit, shepherd, lead, disciple, train and empower an army of volunteers to love and disciple children and families.
• Connect with Local Ministry Partners and elementary schools as per community engagement
• Oversee off-weekend initiatives to engage families and children in disciple-making
• Collaborative implementation of various family discipleship resources and programs such as Family Dedication, Parenting classes, Leading a child to Christ, Baptism, SE!Kids Camp, etc.

Our Must-Haves

• Biblically grounded
• High organizational/administrative skills
• Adaptability, Flexibility, high conflict resolution skills
• Living a disciple-making lifestyle
• Ability to engage and equip adults to serve and disciple others
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Children’s Ministry or related field preferred
