We have an opening for Children's Ministry Leader at our Elizabethtown Campus. Are you the experienced leader we’re looking for with a heart for the Elizabethtown community and willingness to help bridge the gap between the church and home?
This Is Us
We’re a growing, multi-site, Bible-based community in the greater Louisville area with a passion for connecting people to Jesus & one another. We value:
- Connection over production (John 15:5).
- Risk & adventure over safety & comfort (John 3:8).
- Innovation over tradition (Luke 5:19).
- Personal engagement over attendance (Luke 9:62).
- Expressive worship over religious rituals (Luke 7:38).
Are You Ready to Make a Difference?
You’ll get street cred if: Proximity and presence in the Elizabethtown Community are of high value to you.
You should keep walking if: You aren’t ready to come alongside parents/guardians and equip them to disciple their children on a daily basis.
It’ll be a big yikes if: You get your feelings hurt easily by 4th and 5th graders.
We’ll high-five you if: You can manage ambiguity, problem solve, and act decisively. No time for hand holding in this role!
