You’ll be slaying it after 6 months if: You're passionate about turning business/ministry requirements into technical solutions that delight end users.
 

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

  • Develop and maintain Southeast’s web and mobile presence
  • Work with designers to plan new features of public facing assets
  • Coordinate with backend developers to complete complex projects
  • Stay current in front end technologies and solutions
  • Write and extend consistent design libraries
  • Support all quality initiatives that are implemented during each phase of the development life cycle
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other developers, ministries, and product owners

OUR MUST-HAVES:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience developing dynamic front end solutions
  • Skilled with HTML(5), CSS(3), and JavaScript
  • Experience with CSS and JavaScript libraries (Bootstrap, JQuery, VueJs, etc.)
  • Familiarity with responsive design, SASS/LESS, Git, Agile
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team and manage multiple task assignments
  • Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus (especially photoshop)
  • Engaged member of Southeast (or willing to become one) who supports our mission, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church mantra in tangible ways.
