What you’ll be doing:

  • Interact regularly with technical and non-technical users in an understandable and concise manner while solving both hardware and software related technical issues
  • Service a variety of computer hardware, diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and repairing Macs and PCs, laptops, monitors, and other IT equipment.
  • Using Azure Active Directory
  • Using mdm to manage Windows & Mac computer environment
  • Using Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams administration, including but not limited to phones, videoconferencing, file management and application approval
  • Handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
  • Participate in onsite on-call rotation Thursday 5:30-7:30, Sunday 7:30 – 12:30 every 7 weeks
  • Occasional travel between campuses to handle IT issues and projects

 

What you need to be part of the team:

  • Minimum of 2 years of computer technical experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, preferred
  • Experience with MDM and Office 365 administration
  • Customer service mindset
  • Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church (or willing to become one), who supports our Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantra in tangible ways.
