Are you a seasoned project manager with experience managing building/renovation projects and overseeing utility usage?  Do you have excellent Auto Cad, Tracer Summit, and Microsoft Office skills?  The Facilities Project Manager will oversee and monitor various systems and initiatives in the Facilities Ministry, while maintaining alignment with the mission, vision, and strategies of Southeast Christian Church.
 

Essential Functions

• Oversees maintenance plans in partnership with Facilities Managers to keep utilities functional, including but not limited to: power, lights, HVAC, controls, emergency systems, and security systems.
• Takes the lead on assigned special projects for renovations; manages projects from start to finish.
• Designs and coordinates projects as needed.
• Helps oversee energy tracking and conversation efforts.
• Helps coordinate budget spending and tracking on projects.
• Assists with new construction planning.
• Assists with multi-site construction and operations as needed.
• Coordinates the outsourcing of contractors.
• Oversees property surveying and record keeping.
• Oversees storage of facility record drawings.
• Assists with planning for heating and cooling options.
• Interacts with members and volunteers as needed.

Essential Competencies

• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad and Tracer Summit.
• Knowledgeable in all areas of utilities.
• Project design and coordination experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Education, Experience, and Membership

• BS in Engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• A member of Southeast Christian Church or willing to become one.
• Alignment with Southeast Christian Church's Statement of Faith.
