SE!KIDS Large Group Associate -Blankenbaker Campus
This role will shepherd and develop volunteers and lead age-appropriate (Preschool-5th Grade) large group worship services where our SE!KIDS can discover God, His Story and their place in it.

You can tackle this challenge: recruit and lead Large Group Worship stage and tech volunteers for all the weekly worship services

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Oversee all SE!KIDS Large Group worship services weekly at the Blankenbaker campus
- Effectively run rehearsals in multiple worship rooms for each service
- Provide script edits as appropriate for the Blankenbaker campus for three age groups. (Preschool, K-2, and 3-5th)
- Represent the Blankenbaker campus by contributing in SE!KIDS Large Group Collaborative team meetings
- Order and prepare all props needed for the weekly services
- Train and oversee others as they teach and lead on stage and step in on stage when needed
- Program worship service presentations in ProPresenter and schedule volunteers in Planning Center weekly
- Contribute to writing scripts and production for special events within the Blankenbaker SE!KIDS ministry.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with worship service production technology or willingness to learn (sound board, lighting programs etc.)
- Intimate walk with the Father, Spirit led, and grounded in the Gospel
- Ability to cast vision and lead by example and collaboratively work within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Highly effective communication skills – spoken and written
