WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

• Collaborate with the SE Online Team on all aspects of the ministry of SE Online including:
  • Manage SE Online Groups
  • Recruit and develop SE Online Group Leaders with specific emphasis on female group leaders
  • Create engaging environments for SE Online members to grow spiritually
• Contribute to Weekend Experiences for SE Online
  • On-camera host SE Online (as scheduled)
  • Creatively collaborate on SE Online Weekend Experience segments
  • Engage with chat hosts during livestream
• Create an engaging social media environment
  • Maintain and create social media content
  • Respond and filter direct message to SE Online
  • Creatively find new avenues to share engaging content
  • Focus on creating an engaging SE Online Women’s Group via social media channels

• Strong verbal, on-camera, and written communication skills
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church (or willing to become one); supports our
• Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership established by the church; lives out our
