Description

Do you have production expertise and a heart for ministry?  Would you enjoy assisting in technical aspects of church including audio, lighting, staging, and video?  Check out this opportunity to work alongside our Central Production Director to help to achieve our mission of connecting people to Jesus and one another.  This role is based out of our LaGrange campus.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:

  • ​​​​​​​Supporting all aspects of production for weekend programming and special events
  • Maintaining and updating current systems and equipment
  • Training and maintaining volunteers who work within the Production Arts teams
  • Leading or assisting the implementation of production projects
  • Supporting Production Directors at various campuses as needed
  • Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with other ministry departments and campuses; contributing positively to staff culture


OUR MUST HAVES:

  • Good working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, staging and rigging
  • Experience in AVL roles in a church environment
  • Strategic thinker and self-starter
  • Motivated team-builder with a heart for pastoring volunteers
  • Leader and collaborator with clear communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once, yet still stay focused
  • Ability to thrive in a creative process and disciplined to carry out the work
  • Skilled in process improvement and project management
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel and work at other campuses, as needed
  • Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church (or willing to become one) who supports our Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantra in tangible ways
