The Campus Operations Leader will oversee the day-to-day operations as well as oversee benevolance needs and perform certain ministry functions. Our Southwest Campus is looking for a gifted administrator and shepherd to step into this position. Are you skilled at managing projects? Are you a relational leader with a servant's heart? This is what you would get to do!
- Provide oversight to all operational areas of the campus with a ministry-minded, people-focused heart
- Review monthly budget statements and prepare the annual operating budget
- Work in collaboration with the Campus Pastor on all facts of ministry and operation of the campus
- Ensure action items are captured and implemented for and by leadership
- Serve as liaison for the campus to other campuses in operational areas
- Ensure care of proper oversight of the facility in conjunction with established practices
- Be present at weekend services to help people connect to Jesus and one another
- Hospital visits and other pastoral duties as necessary could include funerals, weddings, baptisms etc
- Serve as liaison with SW Christian Academy
- Oversee all of Benevolence for SW Campus
- Maintain alignment with the mission, vision and strategies of the church
You should already own these:
- Highly organized; ability to multi-task
- Able to anticipate and plan for future ministry events, project and church-wide endeavors
- Ability to understand financial statement and budgeting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of ministry experience preferably in a leadership position
- An Engaged member of SE who supports the Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership of the church
