Description

The SE Online Production Director will be an experienced broadcast professional with extensive experience in live production. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of video and audio systems, HD/SDI video systems, switchers, cameras, routers and other video & audio gear to support a live-streaming broadcast on Sundays as well as other digital platform initiatives throughout the week.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WOULD GET TO DO:
  • Prep and facilitate all technical facets of a weekly live broadcast including: Loading of graphical assets, scouting locations, troubleshooting and repairing damaged gear, preparing gear, routing inputs and communication systems, etc.
  • Collaborate with other ministry associates including Production Arts, SE Online Production and IT, as well as third-party vendors
  • Schedule online postings to include Church Online, Roku, Facebook, AppleTV and YouTube
  • Live technical direction on weekly broadcasts (Sundays) as well as additional live-streamed experiences
  • Archive and manage data
  • Data manage all web on-demand assets associated with broadcast
  • Research, order, and set up new gear needs as well as implement live video improvement and upgrade plans
  • Recruit, train, coach, and shepherd volunteers in various technical roles


YOU ALREADY OWN:

  • Proven ability to recruit, shepherd, and empower volunteers and contractors
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • Mastery in live video production (audio and video)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
  • Flexible with change and calm demeanor under pressure
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Digitally innovative
  • Skilled at process improvement and project management
  • Strong work ethic and a team player
  • Great communication skills

OUR EXPECTATIONS!

  • 3+ year's experience in live broadcast and technical crew leadership
  • College degree in Broadcast or equivalent experience
  • Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church (or willing to become a member) and demonstrated support of the Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership established by the church
