THIS IS US:

We’re a growing, multi-site, Bible-based community in the greater Louisville area with a passion for connecting people to Jesus & one another. We value:

  • Connection over production (John 15:5).
  • Risk & adventure over comfort (John 3:8).
  • Innovation over tradition (Luke 5:19).
  • Personal engagement over attendance (Luke 9:62).
  • Expressive worship over religious rituals (Luke 7:38).

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE THIS YOU?

Your ideal job is: Loving people one at a time.

You get high fives for: Being a good listener.

You should keep walking if: You aren’t highly organized.

  • Work alongside the ministry leader and other associates to execute ministry objectives each weekend.
  • Help with special events throughout the year.
OUR MUST-HAVES:
  • Ability to Shepherd Volunteers – to care for the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of others with the purpose of challenging them to become more like Christ.
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively – to exchange information verbally and in writing, among individuals, groups, and teams to achieve a clear understanding of the message.
  • Ability to Work Independently – to be sufficiently motivated to start and continue work without receiving regular direction.

  • Ability to Collaborate – to work cross-functionally with others to share ideas, problem solve, and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to Organize Effectively – to prioritize work and steward time, energy, and resources in a way that accomplishes goals in a timely manner.
  • Bachelor's degree in ministry or education preferred.
  • Experience organizing and leading volunteers.
