THIS IS US:

We’re a growing, multi-site, Bible-based community in the greater Louisville area with a passion for connecting people to Jesus & one another. We value:

  • Connection over production (John 15:5).
  • Risk & adventure over comfort (John 3:8).
  • Innovation over tradition (Luke 5:19).
  • Personal engagement over attendance (Luke 9:62).
  • Expressive worship over religious rituals (Luke 7:38).

  • Lead and shepherd volunteers; invest in volunteers relationally and create opportunities to show appreciation and provide ongoing training
  • Schedule volunteers weekly; make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with others regarding SE!KIDS curriculum (both small and large group); communicate curriculum for weekly services and have all preparations in place before the first service
  • Load music and other worship elements into ProPresenter weekly
  • Participate in and/or plan SE!KIDS ministry events throughout the year
  • Participate in staff meetings and ministry meetings at the Prospect campus and church-wide, as needed
