What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Work alongside the Student Ministry team to:

• Oversee volunteers to execute the MSM service and MSM Events
• Give logistical input and execution for MSM Events (Camp, Retreats, Missions Trips, etc.)
• Partner with SE Support Ministries
• Assist with budget tracking and management
• Manage computer software for volunteer recruitment and clearing processes
• Provide administrative support to the Middle School Ministry team; including answering phone calls and emails
• Collaborate with the High School Ministry team
• Contribute to Southeast Student Ministry across all campuses as a partner and collaborator; which include 1) having a direct partnership with a local school, 2) leading a small group of students; 3) recruiting, shepherding and developing leaders; and 4) attending “all team” meetings and joining in cross campus collaboration
