What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Oversight of both SE!KIDS & Student Ministry from Birth – 12^th Grade to put forth a unified family ministry
• Collaborate with other SE!KIDS & Student Leaders on weekend programming and curriculum
• Schedule volunteers, order supplies, and maintain orderliness of rooms
• Shepherd, lead, disciple, train and empower a base of volunteers to disciple children & students
• Collaborative implementation of various family discipleship resources and programs such as baptism
• Attend and participate in all appropriate staff and team meetings
• Participate with campus staff in on-going outreach to the community (events, worship nights, etc.)
• Develop and maintain annual budget for SE!KIDS & Student Ministry

• Called & gifted to teach children & students; age & cultural appropriateness; creativity
• Vibrant spiritual life
• Communicates effectively with confidence, compassion, & shepherding skills
• Excellent steward of resources; both physical & financial
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Children and/or Student Ministry or related field preferred
