Student Creative Director- Campus Development Team

 This role provides vision, leads cross campus collaboration, and oversees the creative processes and shared event programming for student ministries across all campuses.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop, organize, and distribute branding for student programs and cross campus events
  • Evaluate collaborative projects and determine best partnerships for assignment completion
  • Provide creative vision for student programming for all campuses; assist new and existing campuses; make campus visits to improve environments and programs
  • Create templates and oversee central SE Students social platform in partnership with student ministry leaders; working with the CDT team on holistic ministry opportunities
  • Develop structure for central programming resources (including Dropbox, Spotify, PCO, etc.)
  • Lead cross campus teams for projects appointed by CDT, including all campus camp experiences (High Sch, MIX, Experience WKND, etc.); execute a marketing approach when needed
  • Assist with event development and social strategy for the College Age Ministry
  • Facilitate annual content “boot camps” for student ministry teams
  • Serve as a link between Students, Creative Arts, and Weekend Experience teams
  • Give updates in monthly All Team
  • Manage the creative budget and tracking documents for all purchased resources

 

Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in ministry or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in student ministry and/or creative arts
  • Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church who supports the Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church mantra in tangible ways.
  • Committed and growing follower of Jesus with a passion for students
  • Established relationships with partnering ministries within the church
  • Ability to provide vision, shepherd, and develop team members
  • Strong understanding of worship service programming and philosophy
  • Ability to recruit, equip, lead and develop others (students and adults) to serve in all areas of student programming; a natural disciple-maker
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Steady demeanor under pressure
  • Process-oriented, decisive problem solver with ministry hardwiring
  • Team-player with conflict management skills
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and think “big picture”
  • Strong knowledge of PC & Mac software utilizing Ableton, Planning Center Online, Pro-Presenter, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Products
