The part-time SE!KIDS Ministry Associate will coordinate all areas of ministry for the Kindergarten through 2^nd grade students, while maintaining alignment with the mission, vision and mantra of Southeast Christian Church.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

• Assist the SE!KIDS Leader in all areas of ministry for K-2^nd grade, including preparing for weekend services (curriculum, supplies, volunteers, etc.). Teach in small and large group settings, as needed.
• Recruit, lead, and equip volunteers to disciple children in K-2^nd grade; schedule volunteers for weekend services.
• Partner with parents and equip them to disciple their children on a daily basis.
• Help with events for children and families to connect outside of weekend services.
• Participate with IN staff in outreach to the community.
• Collaborate with other SE!KIDS staff at the IN campus and other campuses.

OUR MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ministry experience working with children (paid or volunteer experience)
• Good communicator (both written and verbally)
• Organized
• Flexible
• Team player
• Member of SECC who aligns with our statement of faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church mantra in tangible ways.
