The Creative Team Producer will support the Weekend Experience Creative Team by managing and resourcing each weekend video project from concept to completion, while also assisting with live production on location and the weekend.

• Experienced in producing/project management
• Highly organized and skilled with data tracking platforms (Asana, Google Docs, Sheets,& Excel)
• Excellent at time management; better under pressure
• A "get it done, won't take no for an answer" personality
• Great verbal and written communication skills and decision-making abilities
• Love working on a team and desire to constantly be learning

You’ll get street cred if:

• You attend Southeast Christian Church and are familiar with the Weekend Experience Team
• Have experience in managing and caring for a team.
• Experienced in Film/Video experience

Some things you would be doing if you are ready to make a difference and would enjoy:

• Working with our Weekend Experience Team to bring projects from concept to completions for our weekend services
• Manage project timelines and the schedules of creative team members & other participants
• Operate and manage budgets
• Oversee location scouting, gathering props and booking talent for shoots
• Ensure end products are delivered for review on time and with excellence
• Serve as Weekend Experience liaison between various ministry teams
• Manage team deadlines, deliverables and calendars
• Serve in needed capacities at broadcast location on weekends
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with campus leadership and other ministry departments and campuses.
