WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

  • Working closely with the Men’s Ministry Leader to carry out the vision of the ministry
  • Pastoring/shepherding men in all walks of life and faith
  • Creating, developing, and editing Men’s Ministry content
  • Equipping Men’s Ministry leaders to do the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12)
  • Creating Leader-Equipping content
  • Developing Leader-Equipping relationship infrastructure
  • Developing both in person and digital platforms for ongoing Leader-Equipping
  • Engaging in Blankenbaker ministry events, such as new member events
  • Shepherding members of the Men’s Ministry Leadership Team
  • Teaching in Men’s environments 8-10 times per year
  • Developing and coordinating teaching schedules
  • Recruiting leaders/volunteers for Men’s Ministry environments

  • High-capacity; able to adapt and multitask
  • Servant’s heart; team player, humble & zealous
  • Independent thinker and problem-solver
  • College Graduate with ministry experience (volunteer or staff)
  • A member of SECC who supports the Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church and lives out our church mantra in tangible ways
