Do you enjoy building community with teams of volunteers? The Early Childhood Ministry Associate joins with the SE!KIDS team to oversee all Nursery and Preschool ministries at the Crestwood Campus, living out our mission to connect people to Jesus and one another.

Essential Functions

· Primary oversight of key elements within weekend programming.

· Collaborative recruitment of volunteers; development and management of key volunteer teams, including one-on-one coaching.

· Collaborative oversight of multiple SE!KIDS events, including Family Dedication.

· Writing and adapting curriculum.

· Ongoing development of prayer initiatives and equipping parents for disciple-making in the home.

· Strategic integration with multi-campus teams.

· Relational/pastoral support among children and families.

Required Education, Experience, and Membership

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in general ministry related field.

· Experience in recruiting, equipping volunteers, and budgeting.

· Member of SCC or willing to become a member upon hire.

· Demonstrated alignment with SCC’s Statement of Faith.
