Central Production Director

The Central Production Director leads across all regional campuses to help steward Creative Arts resources. They lead cross department initiatives, finance and capital projects, campus expansion efforts, and work to provide production and technical solutions to ministry needs. They strive to unleash the church to love people one at a time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Team with ministries to help determine their technical needs and provide resources
• Collaborate, design, and engineer plans for projects and campus expansion
• Travel to project sites as the point person for the team; oversee and coordinate work
• Manage contractors; scheduling, ordering and installation for projects
• Bridge relationships between ministries to help achieve ministry needs
• Help ministries create budgets for projects
• Audit and manage capital and departmental budgets
• Serve as primary liaison to Operations and external vendors
• Work to align and steward all Worship & Creative Arts resources and assets

Our requirements:

• 10 years of experience in production
• Experience in AVL roles in a church environment
• Professional experience with audio, video, lighting, staging, and rigging
• A leader and collaborator with clear communication skills
• Strategic thinker and self-starter
• Thrives in a creative process and disciplined to complete projects
• Skilled in process improvement and project management
• Ability to forecast, plan and work within set budgets
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church (or willing to become one) who supports our Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantra in tangible ways.
