Women’s Ministry Associate- Blankenbaker campus

The Women’s Ministry Associate is a team-oriented disciple-maker who is passionate about connecting women to Jesus and one another. The ideal team member will be a devoted Christ-follower who has a heart to invest in women and develop them to love and lead where they are. She will be a leader of leaders who is passionate about connecting women to the Women’s Ministry at Southeast Christian Church at the Blankenbaker campus and walking with them in their next steps with Jesus.

Essential Functions

• Identify, recruit, develop, and disciple volunteer leaders to partner in the work of ministry
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute Blankenbaker Women’s Ministry programs and events including leader onboarding and mentoring programs
• Support the Blankenbaker ministry staff presence at weekend worship services, Starting Point and Membership classes
• Champion the mission and vision of Southeast Christian Church to unleash the full force of the church one at a time

• Shepherd, develop and equip leaders and teams
• Strong administrative skills; competent in database management
• Excels in organization and time management

Required Education, Experience, and Membership

• Undergraduate degree required
• Spiritual maturity and strong Bible knowledge
• 4 or more years of ministry experience at a multi-campus church preferred (volunteer roles included)
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church (or willing to become one); supports our Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership established by the church; lives out our church Mantra in tangible ways. https://www.southeastchristian.org/sermons/mantra/be-the-branch-2
