What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Plan, promote and coordinate church-wide generosity efforts
- Promote the impact of giving and help tell the story of generosity happening in and through our church
- Create content to promote generosity through videos, social media, and other digital platforms
- Develop, analyze, and share key giving metrics and prepare quarterly reports
- Serve as a confidential resource and coach to disciple church members in generosity
- Collaborate with campuses and other ministries to develop principles and systems for benevolence
- Train, coach and support campuses and other ministries as they provide benevolence care
- Participate in the development of stewardship ministry strategies and plans
Our Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Personally committed to being a generous person
- Proficient with technology
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills – builds relational networks both in and outside the ministry team
