What The Job Entails:

• Creating an incredible volunteer culture that includes identifying, recruiting, developing, equipping, and encouraging volunteers.
• Maintaining weekly touchpoints with volunteers by phone, email and in person.
• Working with the ET SE!KIDS Ministry Leader to plan and program the Weekend Experience, including preparing curriculum, scheduling volunteers, ordering supplies and maintaining the design and orderliness of rooms.
• Working with others to develop, implement, and leverage various family discipleship resources to unleashing families to do the work of ministry in their homes.
• Preparing and leading large group teaching for the pre-school ministry.
• Serving on the church-wide SE!KIDS collaboration team for pre-school ministry.
• Serving people and families in crisis; making hospital visits and meeting needs in tangible ways.
• Serving in campus initiatives and events.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two or more years of Children’s Ministry experience preferred
• Experience writing and editing curriculum
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church (or willing to become one) who supports our Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways
