Summary/Objective
The role of the Project Coordinator is to ensure there is an easy and efficient flow of communication between the Strategy team and the Graphic Design team. This role will be a liaison of all communications projects that involve graphic and web content needs. We are looking for someone who is a self-motivated individual with advanced skills in project management. This candidate must be a good communicator and enjoy working with all the different ministries within this church. We are looking for someone who is a creative visionary with a passion for improving the work intake process to effectively communicate the vision and initiatives within the church.
Essential Functions
- Manage and coordinate all communication projects for the SECC website/app and creative design projects that come through the strategists’ workflow.
- Manage incoming Design Request workflow, ensuring all requests are responded to and assigned to Graphic Designers in a timely manner.
- Assist SE Creative Director with all project-specific tasks assigned using a project management software, like Basecamp.
- Upload and schedule the correct graphics into the correct folders and digital graphics software for weekend services.
- Work with outside vendors for all printing needs for designated ministries.
- Coordinate and implement website updates, including new and existing content additions, deletions and modifications as well as approved digital enhancements within a web-based Content Management System.
- Coordinate web projects across ministries
- Maintain a consistent tone and branding throughout all web properties
- Copyedit and proofread web content
- Create, manage, and deploy email marketing communications to provided email lists.
- Analyze web data through Google Analytics and make necessary improvements to the website and app.

Must have the ability to promote and deploy media using mainstream platforms as well as new media formats, with a proven track-record for maintaining excellence and utilizing innovative thinking
Required Education, Experience, and Membership
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years’ experience managing content and production for websites
- Experience working with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting on all relevant site metrics
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church who supports the Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership established by the church
