Description
Do you see "worship" as a daily destination for all Christians, impacting and affecting every part of their lives? Are you a spiritual leader hungry to see God manifest Himself powerfully to this generation? The Associate Worship Leader will function as a part of our Central Worship Team, within the collective Worship Staff Team. The person who steps into this role will help facilitate various worship and creative environments amid our ministry and church. This person will function as an ambassador or "chaplain" as they seek to not only lead worship at every campus as needed, but also to partner with internal ministries to facilitate congruent worship experiences.
To be considered you must be:
- An experienced worship leader
- Talented vocally and have strong musical experience with guitar, and other instruments
- Excellent communicator, both vocally and written
- A team player with high energy, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- A Pastor at heart, willing to invest time and energy into others
- Experienced in recruiting and leading a team of volunteers
- An ordained minister of the gospel
You would be:
- Planning (with Worship Team), then organizing and spiritually leading during Main Services at all campuses, as needed
- Serving on the Worship Ministry Team
- Shepherding, disciple-making and development of volunteers
- Running Rehearsals
- Collaboration with creative team to dream, create and implement new ways of incorporating the "Arts" within our church.
- Special events/projects, worship choir development, creative planning meetings
