ID: | 757 |
Department: | Connections Ministry |
Location: | Bullitt County Campus |
Type: | Full Time |
This Is Us
We’re a growing, multi-site, Bible-based community in the greater Louisville area with a passion for connecting people to Jesus & one another. We value:
- Connection over production (John 15:5).
- Risk & adventure over safety & comfort (John 3:8).
- Innovation over tradition (Luke 5:19).
- Personal engagement over attendance (Luke 9:62).
- Expressive worship over religious rituals (Luke 7:38).
Does This Sound Like You?
Are you called to fulltime ministry with a gift to connect, a passion to disciple, and the skill to equip guests, members and volunteers in their walk with Christ? Do you have an adaptable personality, a passion for diversity, and a collaborative spirit?
Are You Ready to Make a Difference?
We’ll high-five you if: You can manage ambiguity, problem solve, and act decisively.
You should keep walking if: You aren’t ready to come alongside people in the community to connect them, disciple them, and shepherd them in their walk with Christ.
It’ll be a big yikes if: You don’t have tough skin or a deep compassion to help those who can’t give you anything in return.
