The IT Ministry Support Tech will equip and serve our ministries by providing excellent help desk support. Be a part of leading toward the future by supporting those on the front lines of ministry.

Some things you would be doing:

  • interact with technical and non-technical users in an understandable and concise manner while solving technical issues
  • Solve both hardware and software related issues
  • Service a variety of computer hardware, diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and repairing Macs and PCs, laptops, monitors, and other IT equipment
  • Interact with ticket submitters regularly and effectively
  • Image and set up new computers
  • Maintain Cisco phone system
  • Administer Mosyle to manage Mac computer environment
  • Handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
  • Participate in onsite on-call rotation Thursday 5:30-7:30, Sunday 7:30 – 12:30 every 7 weeks
  • Occasional travel between campuses to handle IT issues and projects

Our Must-Haves:

  • 2 years of computer technician experience
  • Currently hold a CompTIA A+ certification
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac support
  • Function well in a team environment
  • Must be personable, with great communication skills
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Multitasker with a strong technical skill set, positive attitude
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to lift computer and network equipment as needed
