This is what you would get to do!

• Provide oversight to all operational areas of the campus with a ministry-minded, people-focused heart
• Review monthly budget statements and prepare the annual operating budget
• Work in collaboration with the Campus Pastor on all facts of ministry and operations of the campus
• Ensure action items are captured and implemented for and by leadership
• Serve as liaison for the campus to other campuses in operational areas
• Ensure care of proper oversight of the facility, in conjunction with established practices
• Be present at weekend services to help people connect to Jesus and one another
• Hospital visits and other pastoral duties as necessary could include funerals, wedding, baptisms etc
• Maintain alignment with the mission, vision, and strategies of the church

You should already own these:

• Highly organized; Ability to multi-task
• Able to anticipate and plan for future ministry events, project, and church-wide endeavors
• Ability to understand financial statements and budgeting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of ministry experience preferably in a leadership position
• An engaged member of SE who supports the Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership of the church
