Description

The Student Creative Associate will partner with the Student Creative Director to provide creative resources to student ministry leaders across all campuses. They will also help student ministry leaders to execute their ministry programs and give them a greater margin to pastor relationally.

Essential Cross Campus Creative/Program Functions:

  • Maximizes student programming for all campuses; assists new and existing campuses, provides programming resources; makes campus visits to improve environments and programs
  • Manages and develops central SE Students social platform in partnership with Student Creative Director and student ministry leaders; works with the CDT team on holistic ministry opportunities
  • Creates central SE Student creative assets (examples: shirts, info cards, postcards, leader identifier, playbooks); creates new campus “launch kit”
  • Co-manages central programming resources (including Dropbox, Spotify, PCO, etc.)
  • Serves as a link between Students, Marcom, and Weekend Experience teams
  • Gives updates in monthly All Team meetings
  • Assists in the development of annual student series thematic packages
  • Develops and maintains shared “Toolbox” resources for student teams
  • Creates and distributes monthly program resource emails
  • Provides creative assistance to the Student Creative Director at cross campus events

  • Continually develop knowledge of Mac software utilizing Planning Center Online, Pro-Presenter, Sidekick and Adobe Design Products

 

Required Education, Experience, and Membership

  • Bachelor’s Degree in ministry or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in student ministry and/or CDT
  • Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church who supports the Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church mantra in tangible ways.
