Want to use your organizational and leadership skills to impact children and their families? Are you passionate about seeing kids discover God, His Story and their place in it? The SE!KIDS Operations Leader will lead volunteer recruitment and retention strategies and oversee ministry operations at the Blankenbaker campus, while maintaining alignment with the mission, vision, and mantra of Southeast Christian Church.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

  • Partner with the Blankenbaker SE!KIDS Leader on straegic volunteer recruitment & retention (investing & appreciation)
  • Implement operational directives & common language to align SE!KIDS Blankenbaker with all campuses
  • Coordinate training & development for SE!KIDS staff & volunteers
  • Partner with the SE!KIDS team for event planning and preparations
  • Partner with IT on complex check-in processes, variances, updates, and other technology support needs
  • Ensure safety and security measures are implemented and maintained in SE!KIDS areas
  • Participate in children’s ministry events throughout the year

  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Awareness of safety/government/medical policies and procedures to ensure a safe ministry environment
  • Leadership skills
  • Creativity skills
  • Highly effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Effective budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in Excel other programs
  • Bachelor’s degree and related experience
  • Ability to model a way of living that inspires others to follow
  • A member of SECC who supports the Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church and lives out our church mantra in tangible ways.
