Associate Producer

The Associate Producer will support our content creators, graphic designers, and photographers by managing and resourcing internal and external projects from concept to completion. The Associate Producer will also work alongside the Lead Producer and Creative Arts Team Leads to maintain and ensure intentional collaboration among the content team and serve as liaison with other Southeast ministries, external ministry partners, and vendors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with our video, photography, and graphic design teams to bring projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project timelines; team deadlines, deliverables, and calendars.
• Operate and manage budgets, as needed.
• Oversee location scouting, gathering props, and booking talent for shoots.
• Collaborate often and be in frequent communication with our Marketing, Social, and Campus Teams to gain vision and understand expectations for campaigns, weekly posts, signage installs and more.
• Ensure that end products are delivered for review on time and with excellence.
• Serve as liaison between the Creative Arts team and various ministry teams.
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with ministry departments, campuses, and vendors.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in producing and or project management
• Highly organized and skilled with data tracking platforms (Monday.com, Google Docs, Sheets, Excel)
• Excellent at time management; effective under pressure
• A “get it done, won’t take no for an answer” personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and decision-making abilities
• A love for working on a team and a desire to constantly be learning
• An understanding of how the Gospel informs the work we do and the way we do it
• SECC church membership
• Demonstrated alignment with our statement of faith
• Experience with a large church environment

Bonus points for:

• Familiarity with Southeast Christian Church and the Creative Arts Team
• Familiarity with weekend services at Southeast Christian Church
• Experience in managing and caring for a team
• Film/Photography/Design experience
