Connections Associate (First Impressions)-Blankenbaker Campus
Are you a people person with the gift of connection? The Connections Team exists to unleash the full force of the church to love people one person at a time. While there are many different ways we accomplish this, the Connections Associate in the First Impressions role will support this vision by leading a large team of volunteers who serve the church as ushers, greeters and parking lot volunteers. This person must have an energetic and authentic attitude as they create a remarkable experience from the street to the seat.
This Is Us
We’re a growing, multi-site, Bible-based community in the greater Louisville area with a passion for connecting people to Jesus & one another. We value:
- Connection over production (John 15:5).
- Risk & adventure over safety & comfort (John 3:8).
- Innovation over tradition (Luke 5:19).
- Personal engagement over attendance (Luke 9:62).
- Expressive worship over religious rituals (Luke 7:38).
