WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

  • Oversee all administrative and detail work for the recovery campuses; recruit and train administrative volunteers as needed
  • Help develop processes and procedures for the recovery campuses that are in alignment with overall processes and procedures for Southeast
  • Manage ROCK database for the Campus Pastor and other ministry staff, as needed
  • Manage emails, phone calls, calendars, and correspondence for the Campus Pastor, as needed
  • Build and maintain good relationships between other campuses
  • Participate in collaborative meetings with administrative staff from other campuses
  • Assist in developing and maintaining department budgets
  • Assist other staff at the recovery campuses, when needed
  • Assist in planning and preparation for group events
 

OUR MUST-HAVES:

  • Accurate and thorough communication skills in both verbal and written formats
  • Ability to prioritize and organize duties for multiple people at the same time
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and ROCK or similar programs
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change; flexible and calm under stress
  • An all-in, enthusiastic team member approach; strong relational skills
  • Previous high level administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church who supports the Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church mantras in tangible ways
