WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

  • Process local, US and International short-term trip and site visit applications via online system
  • Collect, process, and track all forms needed for trips including visas, state department registrations, and insurance
  • Responsible for preparing materials for team leaders for first team and retreat meetings
  • Debrief with team leaders and trip members post-trip
  • Post and report trip contributions, i.e. cash and/or checks
  • Coordinate, when applicable, team retreats
  • Post trip expenses to on-line trip budgets
  • Request partner and trip leader on-field expense checks
  • Facilitate pre-trip team leader meeting
  • Responsible for processing short-term trip volunteer back ground checks and applications via on-line system

  • Flexible with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Computer expertise – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
  • Three years working in ministry
  • High school diploma required
  • Mission experience desired but a willing to learn acceptable
  • Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church who supports the Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church mantra in tangible ways
