Description

Do you have a working knowledge of Worship, Creative and Production Arts in a ministry capacity and enjoy championing and managing multiple complex projects? If you want to join us in unleashing the full force of the church to love people one at a time; then perhaps you are the person God is calling to join Southeast Christian Church in the Worship and Creative Arts Associate Producer role.

 

The Associate Producer will work alongside our Worship and Creative Arts Executive Producer to lead, execute and organize our Worship, Creative and Production teams. This role functions not only as a Ministry Ambassador for our Worship & Creative Arts Team, but also as a high-capacity, strategic and intentional associate; one who effectively produces, troubleshoots, manages budgets, writes engaging copy, and is committed to stewarding information responsibly, accurately, and timely. This role will lead, support and champion multiple complex projects, both independently and alongside a team, in a fast-paced environment, while representing and adhering to the mission, vision, and values of Southeast Christian Church. This role requires working knowledge of Worship, Creative and Production team workflows.

This is what you would get to do!

  • Support Worship & Creative Arts Executive Producer and other W&CA Director roles as needed.
  • Manage WCA-EP calendar, workflows, communication, and action items as needed.
  • Be a leader. Humbly serve our staff, provide honesty and feedback, assist in measuring our ministries steps and methods, anchoring our team in the values of the Gospel.
  • Project manage, lead, and organize initiatives, projects, and events
  • Arranges professional travel; develops itineraries for team engagements, conferences etc.
  • Produce projects and initiatives within your gift sets and areas of influence and passion.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative efforts between W&CA and other ministry teams.
  • Collaborate with other ministries to assess areas of opportunity and need.
  • Lead department updates and communication plans across ministries and leaders.
  • Work with Worship & Creative Arts leads with recurring finance and budget priorities and updates.
  • Occasionally visits different campuses on weekend with assignments as requested.

  • Continually looking to improve processes and a willingness to help
  • Calm, confident, and compassionate demeanor
  • Self-motivated and can determine action steps within ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite, PCO, Ableton and ProPresenter preferred, but we can on board you to these as needed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google's G-suite, Monday.com, proficient with or able to quickly learn other systems/apps and plug-ins
  • Knowledge of SE culture and mantras
  • Flexible schedule; available on an as needed basis for special weekend/evening projects
 

Required Education, Experience, and Membership

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Training in office management and/por organizational leadership preferred
  • Bible College training preferred
  • Five+ years experience
  • Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church who supports the Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership established by the church; lives out church Mantras in tangible ways
