Summary/Objective
The Women’s Ministry Assistant is a team-player who is passionate about connecting women to Jesus and one another. Our ideal team member will be a devoted Christ-follower who has a heart for utilizing social media and communications to connect women to the REAL Women community at the Blankenbaker campus.
Essential Functions

Own the planning, development, execution, and post-event evaluation for Blankenbaker campus women’s ministry events and conferences

Design, develop and implement an ongoing communications plan for women’s ministry initiatives, in alignment with church mission and ministry vision

Collaborate with Communications Team to ensure consistent presence and branding for Blankenbaker women’s ministry in an online and print space
-
Collaborate with WM team to design and develop an annual ministry impact report
-
Collaborate with WM team to develop annual ministry calendar
-
Partner with other Blankenbaker ministries, and collaborate across Southeast Christian Church campuses to ensure support of church mission and women’s ministry growth

Support Blankenbaker ministry staff presence at women’s ministry events and campus events
Essential Competencies

Holy Spirit-led and prayerfully guided

Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook etc.

Competent in Adobe Creative Suite, design tools (such as Canva etc.), photography skills
-
Demonstrated proficiency in key marketing concepts to innovate and create for effective women’s ministry in a multi-campus church

Self-motivated; goal-oriented

Highly-organized with an attention to details

Communicate effectively; both verbal and written
Required Education, Experience, and Membership
-
High School diploma required
-
Undergraduate degree preferred; emphasis in Communications, Marketing or Graphic Design
-
2+ years of experience in Communications

Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church who supports the Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership authority established by the church
