WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Work with recovery campus staff and others to develop and implement spiritual pathways strategies for recovery clients
• Provide pastoral care and oversight for on campus small group environments in eastern Kentucky, in collaboration with local community pastors, for the spiritual development of recovery clients
• Provide oversight and leadership to regional leaders, interns and select phase 3 clients
• Provide oversight of group engagement in alignment with Southeast’s disciple making strategy
• Participate in collaborative meetings with Southeast staff from other campuses
• Participate in normal pastoral responsibilities, as needed
• Participate in “platform host” responsibilities on a rotating basis

OUR MUST HAVES:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of Biblical disciple making and the ability to lead others
• Ability to shepherd, recruit, train and empower volunteers
• Highly relational and strong people skills
• Strong work ethic and a team player
• Bachelor's degree preferred plus two or more years of ministry experience
• Ordained into ministry or willingness to seek ordination
• Willing to become an engaged member of Southeast Christian Church who supports the Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church mantras in tangible ways.
