Are you a proven leader with a broad range of Production Arts skills?  The Production Support Lead will lead an amazing AVL support team that supports all technical aspects of audio, video, lighting and stage design at our various campuses. This person will also assemble a team to assist regional campus Production Directors with AVL needs for weekend services. The successful Production Support Lead will maintain a Christ-centered attitude that promotes our mission of connecting people to Jesus and one another.

Essential Functions

• Provide leadership development for the members of the support team.
• Assist in creating a support training program to increase quality staff and volunteer participation.
• Provide expert technical support in areas of audio, video, lighting and stage design; fill in for various roles as needed.
• Partner with Production Directors to develop an efficient AVL support structure.
• Perform project management duties as directed.
• Assist with scheduling, recruiting and training of staff and volunteers.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Work with budgeting, spending and capital expenditures for Production Arts pertaining various campuses.
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with other ministry departments and campuses.
• Participate in leadership development of Production Arts staff and volunteers.

Essential Competencies

• Have a heart for disciple making and team-building.
• Be a proven leader with good communications skills.
• Have an extremely strong working knowledge of live audio, video, lighting. Staging and rigging is a plus.
• Highly organized with ability to develop processes and manage projects.
• Good working knowledge of computer systems and various office and production software.
• Must be a Team Player… humble, passionate and self-aware.
• Hard-working, but know how to have a good time.

Required Education, Experience, and Membership

• College Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience in AVL roles in a medium to large church environment.
• Champion the Production Arts vision/mission… “Humbly working together to create environments where people can connect to Jesus and one another.”
• Be a member, or willing to become a member, of Southeast Christian Church.
• Demonstrated alignment with SE statement of faith.
