Description
At Southeast our Mission is to Connect People to Jesus and One Another as we love where we are. We know in order to fulfill that mission we must communicate to our communities in many ways. Some of those opportunities require intellectual property compliance. Would your skills and experience equip you to be the Subject Matter Expert required to ensure Southeast Christian Church is compliant in all areas of intellectual property usage? Essential Functions:
- Ensure all ministries are well informed regarding copyright policies
- ongoing collaboration with all campuses
- Maintain, upgrade and revise as necessary intellectual property blanket licenses
- Provide ministries with assistance in clearing permissions to use others’ intellectual property
- Be the “Subject Matter Expert” resource for the church for intellectual property issues
- Assist in IP related contracts/agreements
- Responsibility for reporting all required IP data from the church

Required Education, Experience, and Membership:
- Must have an intellectual property understanding and experience
- Understanding and appreciation of both legal risk, legal precedence and ministry opportunity
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become a member
- Embraces and supports the Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership established by the church
