WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

You’ll oversee the children's ministry from birth through 5th grade, while using your impressive leadership skills to recruit, equip, and lead a large group of staff and volunteers. Come join a campus team that is engaging in on-going outreach to the community while maintaining vibrant weekend programming.

Here is how that would look:

  • Oversight of a unified children’s ministry from Birth – 5th grade.
  • Work with staff and volunteers to plan and program innovative weekend children’s services.
  • Shepherd, lead, disciple, train and empower staff and volunteers to disciple children and their families.
  • Collaborate with children’s ministry leaders at other campuses to implement programs and curriculum.
  • Partner with parents and equip them to disciple their children on a daily basis.
  • Participate with campus staff in on-going outreach to the community.
  • Develop and maintain annual budget for Children’s Ministry.

YOU NEED TO OWN:

  • Giftedness in teaching children and leading adults
  • Vibrant spiritual life
  • Confident; ability to lead adults but also to follow humbly
  • Ability to create and cast vision
  • Compassionate with pastoral/shepherding skills
  • Creative

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry preferred.
  • Five or more years of children's ministry leadership experience.
  • Engaged member of Southeast (or willing to become one) who supports our Statement of Faith, submits to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church mantra in tangible ways.
