WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

· Coordinating projects and guiding them through to completion in conjunction with ministry departments to ensure that all tasks are completed within an agreed-upon timeframe and within the pre-approved budgeted dollars

· Meeting and regularly communicating with key stakeholders, including development staff, to define project priority, scope, roles, responsibilities, milestones, and deliverables

· Establishing a detailed project plan and the associated work breakdown structure

· Working with the Project Management Team Director to identify and eliminate project roadblocks and set standards

· Ensuring completion and success of multiple projects across campuses

· Managing expectations and building rapport with ministries

· Initiating feedback mechanisms, lessons learned, and process improvement measures

OUR MUST-HAVES:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Project management experience, PMI certification is a plus

· Excellent people skills

· Mental acuity and attention to detail; focused on time management and multi-tasking

· Able to understand and address interdependencies and real issues in a strategic manner

· Able to gather, document, and translate high level ministry requirements into functional project specifications

· Able to creates workflow diagrams of ministry processes as needed

· Proactive communicator with a can-do attitude; open minded and analytically minded

· Member of SCC (or willing to become a member) who support the Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out the church mantra in tangible ways.
