Are you passionate about using your audio, video, and lighting skills to connect people to Jesus and one another?  The Production Support Specialist will support technical aspects of audio, video, lighting, and stage design across all of our six campuses, while striving to have a Christ-centered attitude.  If you can excel within various roles on the Production Arts team, and if you have a heart for team-building and disciple-making, this role could be for you.
 

Essential Functions

• Provide solid technical support in areas of audio, video, lighting and stage design
• Assist with recruiting and training
• Active participant in weekly team meetings
• Work within budgeting, spending and capital expenditures for Production Arts pertaining to various campuses
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with other ministry departments and campuses
• Participate in leadership development of Production Arts volunteers

Essential Competencies

• Be a proven leader with natural communications skills
• Have a strong working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, staging, and rigging
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once, yet still stay focused
• Detail oriented
• Skills at developing process and project management
• Good working knowledge of computer systems and various office and production software
• Must be a Team Player… Humble, Passionate and Self-Aware
• Hard-working, but know how to have a good time; must have a sense of humor

Required Education, Experience, and Membership

• College Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in AVL roles in a church environment
• Solid experience with installing AVL equipment
• Champion the Production Arts vision/mission… “Humbly working together to create environments where people can connect to Jesus and one another”
• Be a member, or willing to become a member, or Southeast Christian Church
• Demonstrated alignment with SE statement of faith
