Founded in 1962 with 53 members under the name "South Louisville Christian Church", Southeast Christian Church is currently the seventh largest church in the United States. Our IT Ministry embraces the use of technology to support front-line ministries in the pursuit of connecting people to Jesus and one another.  We are always seeking ways to improve the systems and programs that help share God's love.  We're looking for a junior Network/Systems Administrator to partner with our current Network/Systems Administrators to ensure our network is up-to-date and running smoothly, because "ministry" is on the line!  If you believe this may be what God has called you to, please read on:

Essential functions of the position will include:

• Perform diagnostics of network/server issues
• Provide tier 2 support for help desk
• Update and maintain network/system devices and documentation
• Configure and deploy new network devices
• Configure and deploy server solutions
• Stay current with shifting technologies

• Be a proven problem-solver/trouble shooter
• Excel in a team-driven environment
• Flexible and with an ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven understanding of basic network and server security best practices with experience in the following:
  • • Networking - configuring Endpoint switches (preferably but not limited to Cisco); building network ACLS; troubleshooting endpoint connectivity; VLAN network segmentation and subnet management; troubleshooting wireless networks
    • Server Systems - managing Windows File Server; managing Microsoft Exchange; running server updates and maintenance; VMWare, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO; supporting mobile devices, Windows and OSX; Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems; Basic knowledge of data storage solutions and SAN protocols
