DescriptionAn exciting and challenging opportunity is available for a team-oriented individual who would provide administrative support to the First Impressions Team. This role partners with and supports the team’s Administrative Assistant with various responsibilities including the following: scheduling appointments and meetings, spreadsheet preparation, facility scheduling software utilization, volunteer coordination, storage room organization, completing projects delegated by a diverse team, assisting with incoming phone calls/e-mails, and major event preparation. In addition this individual would provide assistance as needed in the following areas: Phone Reception, Cafés, and Welcome Center. The work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00. On a rare basis, evening or weekend hours are required.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities with a strong attention to detail. In addition, we are seeking an initiative driven, creative problem solver who is flexible in a fast paced, deadline driven, and constantly changing environment. Solid administrative skills and up-to-date computer experience in Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint are essential.
Southeast Christian Church membership is a requirement for this position.
High School Diploma required. Associate Degree preferred.
