The Connections Pastor has accountability for guiding all adults who attend the SW Campus to take the next step in their spiritual growth and guide them to become followers of Christ who lead others to being followers of Christ. Are you passionate about leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ?  Are you a proven Christ-like leader who is proficient in rightly handling the Word of God?  Are you able to motivate and inspire others?  We have an immediate opening for Connections Pastor at our SW Campus.

Position Responsibilities include:

• Work with the SW Campus Pastor and the Multi-Campus Disciple-Making Team to develop and implement strategies for the SW Campus
• Provide pastoral care and oversight for on-campus small group environments and occasional off-campus small groups
• Oversight for New Member Process and the Starting Point class
• Participate in other pastoral responsibilities such as hospital visitations, baptisms, weddings, funerals, Minister on Call
• Ensure the alignment with the overarching mission, vision and strategies of Southeast Christian Church
• Rotating platform host responsibilities with Campus Pastor and Support Pastor
